It is important to clarify that any legal service provider, law firm, or company using the name "Ulpian" or any similar name outside the territory of India is entirely unrelated to The Service. The Service holds no affiliation, connection, or relationship with any such entities, in any other jurisdiction, or otherwise. Furthermore, The Service expressly disclaims any liability or association with any other service provider using any version of the name "Ulpian" or a similar name, irrespective of the duration of such usage by any third-party entities. The Service operates independently, with a focus solely on providing legal services to clients within India. 

It is specifically noted that The Service does not have any branches, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, or partnerships in any jurisdiction outside India, and any purported connection with other entities, regardless of their operating region, should be regarded as unfounded and baseless.
